STAY-IN-BED STEW
2 lbs. cubed beef
1 small can peas
1 large chopped onion
1 c. chopped carrots
1 large potato, diced
salt & pepper to taste
1 can choice of tomato, celery or mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Put all ingredients together in covered casserole and bake 5 hours at 275 F. Tuck a bay leaf in before cooking. Remove bay leaf before serving.
