PICKLED EGGS

2 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. pickling spices

boil all ingredients for 5 minutes and then pour int wide-mouth jar or container and add hard boiled eggs (peeled).
Let set overnight. Will keep for weeks.
